Here’s a full body workout to get your week off to a great start, using 3 great bodyweight exercises. ?

1. Press Ups
A great upper bodyweight exercise as it works your chest, your back, your arms and your abs! To begin with, perform the half press up if you are unable to do a full press up (see the press up progression video on my Instagram!)
2.  Sit Ups
One of the fundamental core exercises which are great to strengthen your abdominals. To begin with if you are unable to perform a full sit up, start with the half sit up. If you suffer from lower back pain however, please do not perform this exercise.
3. Squats
A great lower bodyweight exercise as it works all the muscles in the lower body including the quads, glutes and hamstrings. You can increase the intensity of this exercise by adding weight (I used a kettlebell but you can use a dumbbell or even a large bottle of water!)
