Join me for an all-over HIIT workout that you can do in your front room!

 

All you need is to clear some space and find yourself a pair of hand-weights (or fill two small bottles with water!) and then workout with me as I take you through a 30 minute workout that includes a warm-up, upper and lower body movements, some core/abdominal work, a cool-down, and finally a good stretch!!

 

Start to finish is just under 30 minutes so why not set your alarm a little bit earlier and begin your day with some exercise?!
