HOW DOES ONLINE COACHING WORK?

  

Firstly, we need to see exactly where you are at right now and  what goals you are looking to achieve.


We book a 30 minute call where we dig deep and discuss what your struggles have been in the past, what you want to achieve and how we are going to

make it happen when we start working together. 

HERE'S WHAT YOU GET


£125 per month


Custom Daily Workouts


I personally create short workouts for you to fit in around your day. They are in line with your fitness goals and what equipment you have access to (if you are working out at home. A demo of each exercise is given to ensure you are performing each one correctly with good form.


Daily Habit Targets


Daily habits are the foundation for improving both your physical and mental health. From self care (helping us to feel calmer and less stressed) to nutrition (why protein is king) to daily movement (walking, taking the stairs, parking further away from the shops). Implementing these daily habits will have a positive impact on you and your goals.  

Check-ins and Tracking


Alongside the in app messaging support from me and monthly progress tracking (photos and measurements), we will also have a monthly video call to ensure you are on track .If not, we will discuss areas that we need to change and your programme will be adjusted to ensure you meet your goals.


As well as having access to the app,  you will also be invited to join my private Whats App group where you will be part of my client community where everyone shares their progress and supports and encourages one another!
