Hey there! Welcome to Transform with Dawn Fitness!


I’m Dawn French (yes…..really!), a 50 year old mum of two and a certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping men and women out there achieve their health and fitness goals, become stronger, leaner and more self-confident!


I understand that it is not always easy to get started or to keep motivating yourself to stay on track and exercise. Sometimes the best intentions, like setting an early alarm or packing your gym clothes in your work bag, won’t be enough. But don’t be too hard on yourself – don’t give up as you're not alone!


I offer 1:1 or "Train with a Friend" to ladies and gents of all ages and fitness levels in Daventry and the immediate area.

Such a great workout that really pushes you, although Dawn gives alternatives so you can make it as hard as you want to, suiting all abilities. Such a great start to the day and is so motivating!
