I'm so glad you are here.


My love for exercise made me realise that I wanted to help midlife women feel good about themselves by moving more, making better choices and ultimately becoming a better version of themselves.

'I had no idea what was happening to me - it felt like I was losing my confidence, my identity and I felt completely lost'



I share how the menopause affected me, both physically and mentally

when it hit me in 2021 in the video above.

 

Having reached the Menopause myself and experiencing first hand how it affected not just me, but all those around me,  I am passionate about helping other women who may be going through this stage right now! 


I was invited to write a piece for 'The Menopause Journal' by Aimee Benbow, Head Nutritionist at Viridian, on the importance of strength training and how it can help not just with the physical symptoms, but the emotional ones too.
